Microsclerotherapy is a treatment for small thread veins and spider veins on the legs.
A very fine needle is used to inject a small amount of sclerosant solution into the vein, causing the treated vein to close and gradually fade over time.

Veins are treated individually using a very fine needle. You may feel a small scratch or mild stinging during treatment. Treated veins gradually fade over the following weeks, although results vary between individuals and more than one treatment session may be required.
